Scorpion foods

Emperor scorpions usually eat insects and other arthropods. They will occasionally hunt down small vertebrates. They commonly eat termites. Adults generally do not kill their prey using their stinger, but rather rip apart their prey using their powerful pincers. Juveniles, however, depend on their stingers to kill prey.
